A dated record of your site, from groundbreaking to closeout
Recurring aerial capture that keeps owners, lenders, GCs, and stakeholders looking at the same site. Consistent monthly flights, time-lapse over the life of the job, and measurable maps when you need them, flown across Florida by a certified, insured pilot.
The cheapest documentation is the flight you already have
Every construction dispute is really an argument about what the site looked like on a certain day. Without a record, that argument is memory against memory. With one, it’s a dated photo. A recurring aerial capture program is cheap insurance against the expensive questions that show up months after the concrete is poured.
It’s also just good communication. Owners and lenders want to see progress without driving to the site, and a clear monthly set of aerials does that better than a status email. Shoot from the same angles each visit and the project tells its own story from the air, groundbreaking to closeout.
We fly projects around the state, and we handle the parts a GC doesn’t want to: scheduling around active work, clearing airspace, and flying insured. The result is a consistent record you can hand to a lender, a partner, or an attorney without a second thought.

What a progress program produces
The value is in consistency over the life of the job. Here is what a program produces.
Recurring progress flights
A set cadence, usually monthly, from consistent angles so each visit compares cleanly to the last.
Time-lapse of the build
The full project condensed into a record you can show a board, a buyer, or a lender.
Measurable site maps
Orthomosaics when you need real distances, area, and earthwork volumes, not just photos.
Dated documentation
Geotagged, time-stamped records of site conditions on each flight date, ready for a claim.
Stakeholder updates
Clean visuals owners and lenders can read without a site visit or a decoder ring.
Safe, coordinated flights
Scheduled around active work, airspace cleared, flown insured, so it never lands on your desk.
One flight, several people who need it
- Owners & developers who want progress without living on site.
- General contractors documenting sequence and protecting against claims.
- Lenders & investors who fund against verifiable progress.
- Civil & site teams tracking earthwork and grading over time.
- Marketing teams with a reveal video ready the day it tops out.
- Legal, when a dated record ends an argument before it starts.
Site documentation and mapping by market
Progress work often pairs with measurable mapping. Here is our mapping coverage across Florida.

Multi-phase progress tracking and milestone verification on a sprawling commercial development
The Challenge
Sprawling, multi-structure commercial developments take immense oversight to hold scheduling velocity, validate large subcontractor pay applications, and manage joint-venture stakeholder expectations. Ground photography can’t capture the macro context needed to track utility tie-ins, foundation integrity, and framing progress across a multi-acre footprint. Without an unarguable visual ledger, developers and tier-one general contractors carry real exposure to scheduling bottlenecks, hidden horizontal infrastructure liabilities, and delayed capital draws.
The Solution
We deployed an automated, high-precision aerial capture sequence flown at each critical construction milestone. Pre-programmed, repeatable flight paths held identical spatial framing and camera perspective across months of active development. The sequence documented the whole evolution of the site, from mass civil grading and foundation slab placement, through multi-story framing logistics, into exterior envelope finishing, and out to final asphalt paving, striping, and site asset handover.
The Result
The chronological dataset became a permanent, time-stamped visual audit covering the project’s entire lifecycle. The development team used it to streamline remote project management and speed up lender draw approvals with undeniable verification of percent-complete data. Holding an unarguable historical record of covered utility paths and early-stage site work let the contractor limit future subsurface liability, streamline municipal handovers, and protect the critical path.
One flight path, four milestones
Same altitude, same heading, same frame, months apart. That consistency is what makes the set readable as a record instead of a gallery.
Construction documentation questions
What owners, GCs, and lenders ask us most about aerial progress tracking.
How often do you fly a construction site?
Most projects are on a monthly cadence, which lines up with owner and lender reporting, but we scale it to the job. Fast verticals or milestone-heavy schedules sometimes want every two weeks; a slower civil phase might want quarterly. We set the interval with you at kickoff and hold it so the record is consistent.
What do you deliver from a progress flight?
Dated aerial photos and video from consistent angles, and where the project needs it, a measurable orthomosaic map of the site. Over the life of the job that becomes a time-lapse and a documented record of exactly what the site looked like on each date, which is worth a lot when a question or a dispute comes up later.
Can this help with disputes and claims?
That’s one of the strongest reasons owners buy it. A dated, geotagged record of site conditions on a known day settles a lot of arguments about sequence, damage, and what was in place when. It’s far easier to point to the flight from that week than to reconstruct it from memory.
Do you coordinate with the site so flights are safe?
Yes. We schedule around active work, handle the airspace authorizations, and fly as a certified, insured operator so the flight doesn’t become the GC’s problem. On a busy site, that coordination is where we earn our fee.
Can you tie progress capture to measurements and volumes?
Yes. When a project needs more than photos, we capture to a mapping standard so you can pull site measurements and earthwork volumes from the same flights, which is where this overlaps with our LiDAR and mapping work.
