The Challenge

A major industrial manufacturer needed a rigorous, site-wide condition assessment of their primary regional manufacturing and logistics hub in Tampa. The facility was a complex, multi-structure challenge: four 110-foot concrete storage silos, a sprawling operational building roof complex, and multiple overhead material handling conveyor gantries. Traditional methods, scaffolding or industrial rope access, were rejected over extreme occupational safety risk, a multi-week timeline, and projected seven-figure facility downtime costs. They needed engineering-grade data across all of it without sacrificing daily operations or personnel safety.

The Solution

We executed a precision forensic capture sequence across the entire complex. To close the gaps aerial data alone leaves behind, our flight operations were paired with a terrestrial scan, combining ground-level laser precision with macro-level aerial scope and eliminating the data shadows cast by the structures themselves. A multi-platform reality capture package generated the ultra-high-resolution colorized 3D point cloud shown here. Every millimeter of the complex geometry, including the concrete silo surfaces, the intricate conveyor lattice, and the rooftop penetrations, was documented, quantified, and geolocated.

The Result

The client’s engineering team completed a comprehensive remote virtual inspection from headquarters, removing working-at-height risk entirely. The combined aerial and terrestrial scans produced a zero-occlusion dataset that dropped straight into their existing engineering workflow. The 3D data documented, quantified, and geolocated the critical deficiencies: systematic corrosion on high-pressure conveyor support points, material buildup geocoded on gantry catwalks, and localized concrete cracking pinned for structural monitoring. We finished the multi-asset capture in two days of active flight time with zero facility downtime.

The Challenge

Sprawling, multi-structure commercial developments take immense oversight to hold scheduling velocity, validate large subcontractor pay applications, and manage joint-venture stakeholder expectations. Ground photography can’t capture the macro context needed to track utility tie-ins, foundation integrity, and framing progress across a multi-acre footprint. Without an unarguable visual ledger, developers and tier-one general contractors carry real exposure to scheduling bottlenecks, hidden horizontal infrastructure liabilities, and delayed capital draws.

The Solution

We deployed an automated, high-precision aerial capture sequence flown at each critical construction milestone. Pre-programmed, repeatable flight paths held identical spatial framing and camera perspective across months of active development. The sequence documented the whole evolution of the site, from mass civil grading and foundation slab placement, through multi-story framing logistics, into exterior envelope finishing, and out to final asphalt paving, striping, and site asset handover.

The Result

The chronological dataset became a permanent, time-stamped visual audit covering the project’s entire lifecycle. The development team used it to streamline remote project management and speed up lender draw approvals with undeniable verification of percent-complete data. Holding an unarguable historical record of covered utility paths and early-stage site work let the contractor limit future subsurface liability, streamline municipal handovers, and protect the critical path.

The Challenge

Traditional topographic survey for raw site acquisition is punishing work, especially on properties with dense tree canopy, heavy undergrowth, and complex utility corridors. Standard drone photogrammetry struggles here because optical sensors can’t see past the leaf layer to map true ground, which produces inaccurate Digital Terrain Models and derails earthwork budgets.

The Solution

We deployed an aerial LiDAR system built for multi-return pulse penetration. Flying an optimized grid, the active sensor bypassed the canopy to capture high-density point clouds of the true earth surface. Our geospatial analysts then ran ground-classification filtering, stripping out dense vegetation, structural artifacts, and overhead power line noise to isolate a clean, survey-ready bare-earth dataset.

The Result

From the refined ground points we generated one-foot topographic contour intervals and a highly accurate DTM. The single-source aerial workflow cut field data collection timelines by over 70 percent against boots-on-the-ground surveying. Delivering topographic intelligence at sub-centimeter relative vertical accuracy gave the civil engineering team exactly what they needed to lock in grading, volume calculations, and stormwater drainage design without costly field re-work.

The Challenge

Documenting historic architecture and ultra-fragile interior assets, like monumental stained-glass installations, carries real structural and operational risk. Physical inspection means erecting costly scaffolding that disrupts site operations, restricts access, and introduces genuine liability for damaging the asset. Capturing the same work from the ground fails to reach elevated detail cleanly, which leaves restoration craftsmen without the spatial context precision preservation planning requires.

The Solution

We deployed a low-impact indoor aerial documentation workflow built specifically for high-consequence heritage environments. Navigating a structurally complex, tight indoor footprint demands absolute precision and seasoned flight experience. Using advanced stabilization and non-destructive capture configurations, we audited the asset at elevation and captured uniform, high-fidelity spatial data across the whole installation without ever making physical contact with the structure or the historical elements around it.

The Result

The finished visual ledger gave the restoration team total spatial clarity on the asset’s current condition.
