Premium Aerial Cinematography & Commercial Media
High-end drone photography, aerial video, and ground media engineered for commercial property, luxury hospitality, large-scale events, and agency campaigns. Flown by a certified, insured pilot, graded to your brand, and licensed to you so the footage is yours to use.
Aerial media that has a job to do
Half the aerial footage online is the same clip: a drone rising straight up, one slow spin, back down. The shots that earn their place show what a ground camera can’t, how a resort sits against the water, how a development connects to the highway, how much land actually comes with the listing. That’s the difference between footage and marketing.
So the plan comes before the props. We start by asking what the property or campaign has to communicate, then choose the angles, the light, and the ground coverage to do it. Florida gives us a lot to work with, from the Gulf beaches to the Orlando resort corridor to the Miami skyline, and we know how to shoot each so it looks like the place people want to be.
Every project is flown by a Part 107 certified, insured pilot, which matters more than it sounds when you’re over a crowded venue or a busy waterfront. You get finished files, licensed to you, ready for the listing, the site, or the ad.

More of what we fly
Selected commercial media work
Four engagements that show the range: destination marketing at portfolio scale, prestige architecture, B2B product activation, and Class-A commercial real estate.

B2B destination marketing and international media syndication across a multi-course hospitality portfolio
The Project Scope
We were commissioned to run a multi-platform media capture campaign across elite resort golf courses for Golfpac Travel and Tee Times USA, two of the nation’s premier golf vacation packaging and international booking syndicates managing high-volume global travel networks.
The Strategic Approach
To fuel international campaigns and digital booking applications, we delivered one unified, high-prestige asset package. The team worked an integrated air-and-ground workflow, capturing macro-level aerial obliques that carry total resort scale alongside low-altitude, compositionally precise architectural and landscape stills. Every asset was color-calibrated for high-traffic digital distribution.
The Business Impact
The curated asset ledger standardized portfolio aesthetics across major booking engines and accelerated international stay-and-play reservations. Turnkey, publication-grade imagery that bridges aerial dominance with ground-level detail let the syndicates elevate asset prestige, hold longer digital sessions, and lift booking conversion velocity across their destination networks.

Prestige hospitality marketing shot in the blue hour
The Project Scope
Elite hospitality brands and luxury developers need assets that go past property documentation and actually convey prestige, scale, and architectural luxury. Standard daylight imagery flattens dynamic building profiles and misses the exterior lighting design, custom geometry, and evening ambiance that attract high-net-worth travelers and support institutional asset valuation.
The Strategic Approach
We ran a precision-timed twilight capture at the Wave Hotel, synchronizing flight operations to the exact window where ambient sky illumination balanced against the property’s custom neon and facade lighting. Using low-light sensors and advanced stabilization, we captured sweeping architectural obliques that carry the building’s curved geometry, glass reflectivity, and presence in the district.
The Business Impact
The result became a flagship visual for the client’s international digital marketing and high-end print collateral. Publication-grade imagery of the property’s architectural luxury lifted digital brand equity, held user attention on booking interfaces, and reinforced the resort’s position as a premier luxury destination.

B2B product activation and tech integration at a large-scale corporate event
The Project Scope
B2B sports technology and golf logistics firms face a hard problem when they need to show micro-level hardware utility inside a massive outdoor environment. For an enterprise GPS-based range tracking platform like Flagd, static photography can’t convey the network’s spatial scale, and standard aerial shots isolate the technology from its application. Institutional buyers need to see real-time accuracy and operational utility in a live-fire environment.
The Strategic Approach
We deployed a coordinated multi-platform strategy during Flagd’s rollout at the PGA Show Demo Day, hosted at Orange County National’s 360-degree circular range. We captured high-altitude obliques mapping the technology’s geographic footprint across target greens, paired with ground-level detail of the hardware and its interfaces. We also captured high-definition video of the active range, tracking ball flight in mid-air as shots converged on the GPS-positioned markers.
The Business Impact
The unified asset ledger gave Flagd a high-authority media suite built to accelerate post-event enterprise sales. Bridging large-scale spatial context with granular hardware detail and live-action proof of GPS marker accuracy demonstrated how the technology drops into tier-one golf facilities, which maximized brand equity and validated product utility for institutional buyers.

Class-A urban asset positioning, from the air to the interior
The Project Scope
Institutional commercial real estate brokers marketing premier Class-A downtown assets keep running into fragmented visual narratives. Traditional marketing leans on separate vendors for high-altitude drone work, tight-space urban streetscape navigation, and interior architectural photography. That disjointed workflow yields inconsistent color, visual occlusions, and slow go-to-market timelines on multi-million dollar listings.
The Strategic Approach
We ran a unified capture strategy inside a heavily regulated metropolitan core. Our flight operations team secured the complex low-altitude urban airspace authorizations needed to fly precise corridor obliques mapping the building’s exterior dominance and glass-facade geometry. In parallel, our interior team shot high-dynamic-range captures of premium vacant floor plates, balancing indoor exposure against high-contrast skyline backdrops.
The Business Impact
Delivering one standardized, single-source asset ledger let the brokerage launch the listing ahead of schedule with a visually cohesive campaign. The integrated air-to-indoor assets minimized perceived vacancy, highlighted the property’s geographic placement, and accelerated lease-up velocity by driving high-intent inquiries from institutional corporate tenants.
Aerial media questions
What marketers, brokers, and property owners ask us most about drone photography and video.
What do you shoot besides drone photos?
Aerial stills and video are the core, but most projects also need ground coverage, so we shoot both and hand back a package that actually tells the story of the property or event. Real estate listings, hospitality and resort campaigns, construction reveals, grand openings, and brand films are the work we do most.
Who owns the footage and the photos?
You do. We license the finished files to you for your marketing use and hand over the deliverables, so you’re not renting your own campaign back from us. If you need raw files or specific formats for an agency, tell us up front and we’ll scope it that way.
Do you fly in busy areas like downtowns and near the beach?
Yes, and that’s where the airspace planning matters most. Much of coastal and downtown Florida sits under controlled airspace, so we clear the FAA authorizations before the shoot rather than showing up and finding out we can’t fly. A licensed, insured pilot also matters when you’re flying over a venue full of people.
How fast is turnaround on edited photos and video?
A standard real estate or property shoot is typically delivered within a few business days. Edited brand video takes longer depending on the cut, and we scope that timeline before we start so it lines up with your launch or listing date.
Can you match our brand look or an agency's creative direction?
Yes. Send the brand guide, reference shots, or the agency brief and we shoot and grade to it. We would rather talk through the look before the flight than deliver footage that doesn’t fit the campaign.
