Do you shoot the barrier islands and the beaches?
Constantly. Siesta Key, Lido, Longboat, and Anna Maria are half the reason to fly a camera down here, and the quartz sand on Siesta reads like nothing else from the air. We plan the shoot around the tide and the light, because on this coast the water is what the listing or the campaign is really selling.
Can you fly near Sarasota-Bradenton airport?
Yes, with the authorization cleared first. SRQ carries Class C airspace that reaches over a good part of the market, including the University Parkway and downtown corridors, so we file for it before the shoot rather than getting stopped on the day.
Who owns the photos and video?
Yours. The finished files are licensed to you for your marketing, so a Longboat listing or a resort video is yours for the website, the MLS, and social, no licensing bill later. Need raw files for an agency? Say so and we’ll deliver it that way.
Can you shoot luxury listings to match a high-end brand?
That’s most of what the coast asks for. Send the brand guide or a few reference listings and we shoot and grade to match, so the aerials sit next to the interior photography instead of cheapening it. On a waterfront property the aerial is often the hero image, so it has to be right.
How fast do listings come back?
A standard Sarasota real estate shoot is usually ready within about two business days, which keeps it inside most listing windows. Send the listing date and we build to it. Brand films take longer and we timeline them up front.
