Shot for the Tampa market

The water is the story here, so shoot it that way

What sells a Tampa Bay property is usually the thing you can only see from the air: the water off Bayshore, the marina behind the listing, how close a Water Street condo sits to the channel, the beach two blocks from the resort. A ground camera never gets that. A drone does, and that single frame often does more than the whole interior set.

We shoot the bay for what it is, not with a stock template. A downtown tower at golden hour, a Clearwater Beach resort mid-morning when the Gulf goes turquoise, a Davis Islands home with the skyline behind it. The time of day and the angle change with the property, because in this market the light off the water is half the sale.

Every shoot is flown by a Part 107 certified, insured pilot who already knows the bay’s airspace, from the Class B shelf over the peninsula to the beach approaches. You get edited files licensed to you, ready for the MLS, the brochure, or the campaign the day you need them.

A local pilot, not a tourist with a drone

We already know which side of Bayshore gets the morning light, when the Gulf turns color off Clearwater, and where the airspace stops you cold. That local read is the difference between a usable set and a folder of gray-sky flyovers.

FAQ

Tampa drone photography questions

What brokers, marketers, and property owners in Tampa Bay ask us most.

Can you fly near Tampa International or over the water?

Both come up on almost every Tampa shoot. A lot of the bay sits under Tampa International’s Class B airspace, and MacDill closes off the south end of the peninsula, so a Bayshore condo or a downtown rooftop needs the authorization cleared first. Flying over water off the causeways or the beaches is fine with the right planning, and it’s where the best light in the bay usually is.

Who owns the photos and video?

You do. The edited files are licensed to you for your marketing, so a listing photo or a resort video is yours to use across your site, the MLS, and social without paying us again for it. Need raw files for an in-house team or an agency? Say so and we’ll deliver it that way.

How fast do listings come back?

A standard Tampa real estate shoot is typically edited and back within a couple of business days, which keeps it inside most listing timelines. Tell us the go-live date and we’ll work back from it. Edited brand video takes longer and we scope that up front.

Do you shoot the beaches and waterfront, or just downtown?

All of it. Clearwater Beach, the St. Pete side, the marinas, Davis Islands, Bayshore, and the downtown and Water Street towers each shoot differently, and the water is the whole reason to fly a lot of these. We plan the flight and the time of day around what the property is trying to sell.

Can you match our brokerage or brand style?

Yes. Send the brand guide, the MLS specs, or a few reference listings and we shoot and edit to match, so the aerials sit next to your ground photos instead of clashing with them.
