The credibility problem

Scale and location are the two things a ground camera can’t show

A tenant deciding on a distribution building wants to know what it sits next to and how the trucks get in. An investor reviewing a portfolio wants to see the asset, not a stock photo of a skyline. A selection committee comparing three engineering firms remembers the proposal that actually showed the site.

None of that’s a drone trick. It’s the difference between footage and evidence. We plan the shoot around what the asset needs to prove, then shoot air and ground together so the package holds up from the approach road to the top floor.

Florida is a good place to do this and a complicated one. The light is excellent and the coastline and resort corridors photograph beautifully, but much of the state sits under controlled airspace and the good windows are narrow. Clearing the flight is part of the job, not an afterthought.

What We Fly For You

What we shoot for commercial teams

Different audiences need different assets. Each card links to the service page with the detail on scoping, licensing, and turnaround.

Commercial listing media

Aerial stills and video with boundary and callout overlays for office, industrial, retail, and land listings.

Proposal and RFP collateral

Site documentation for engineering and construction firms that need a selection committee to understand the site at a glance.

Corporate facility and campus media

Headquarters, logistics hubs, and industrial campuses shot for brand, recruiting, and annual reporting use.

Hospitality and destination campaigns

Resort, golf, and destination media built for booking engines and international campaigns, including twilight work.

Investor and board reporting

Portfolio progress and milestone visuals for stakeholder updates, board decks, and annual reports.

Air-to-interior packages

Exterior obliques and interior HDR shot on the same visit and graded together, so the set looks like one campaign.

Why It Matters

What good media actually does for a commercial asset

  • Out-of-market buyers can evaluate. Scale, access, and surroundings read instantly from the air, which shortens the shortlist.
  • Proposals stand out. Real site context beats a satellite screenshot in a selection committee.
  • Vacancy looks smaller. Well-shot vacant floor plates read as opportunity rather than emptiness.
  • One vendor, one look. Air, ground, and interior graded together instead of stitched from three suppliers.
  • You own the files. Licensed to you for your marketing use, in the formats your agency asks for.
  • Airspace is handled. Downtowns, waterfronts, and venues cleared in advance by a certified, insured crew.

FAQ

Commercial media questions

What brokers, marketing leads, and proposal teams ask us before booking a shoot.

Who owns the footage and the photos?

You do. We license the finished files to you for your marketing use and hand over the deliverables, so you’re not renting your own campaign back from us every time you want to run it again. If your agency needs RAW files or a specific delivery spec, tell us at scoping and we’ll build that into the package.

Can you shoot downtown and along the coast?

Yes, and that’s exactly where the planning matters. Much of downtown Orlando, Tampa, Miami, and the coastal corridors sits under controlled airspace, so we clear the FAA authorizations before the shoot date instead of turning up and discovering we can’t fly. Flying a venue full of people is also where being certified and insured stops being a line on a website.

How fast is turnaround?

A standard commercial property shoot is usually delivered within a few business days. Edited brand video depends on the cut and the review cycle, and we agree that timeline before we start so it lines up with a listing date or a proposal deadline rather than missing it by a week.

Can you match our brand guide or an agency's creative direction?

Yes. Send the brand guide, reference frames, or the agency brief and we shoot and grade to it. We would much rather have the conversation about the look before the flight than deliver technically good footage that doesn’t fit the campaign.

Do you shoot interiors too, or only aerial?

Both, and pairing them is usually the point. An air-to-interior package shot on one visit and graded together looks like a single campaign, which is hard to achieve when the drone, the ground camera, and the interior photographer are three different vendors on three different days.

What do you need from us to quote a shoot?

The property location, a rough shot list or the story the asset has to tell, where the media is going, and the deadline. If you’re not sure what you need, describe the audience and we’ll propose a shot list rather than making you specify it.
