Many of our highest-value enterprise deployments begin with a unique operational challenge. A scene that has to be documented before it changes, a site nobody has a good record of, an event that happens once, a question an insurer or an attorney needs answered with dated evidence. That’s where a custom flight beats a template.
Our approach is the same one we use everywhere, just without the box around it. We start with what you’re trying to capture and why, then choose the sensor, the flight plan, and the deliverable to match. Sometimes that is a simple set of photos, sometimes it’s thermal, mapping, or a defensible documentation package.
What doesn’t change is who is flying: a Part 107 certified, insured pilot who handles the airspace and has probably shot a version of your project before. From the Keys to the Panhandle, the unusual ones are most of what lands on our calendar.

Non-destructive reality capture of a historic interior
The Challenge
Documenting historic architecture and ultra-fragile interior assets, like monumental stained-glass installations, carries real structural and operational risk. Physical inspection means erecting costly scaffolding that disrupts site operations, restricts access, and introduces genuine liability for damaging the asset. Capturing the same work from the ground fails to reach elevated detail cleanly, which leaves restoration craftsmen without the spatial context precision preservation planning requires.
The Solution
We deployed a low-impact indoor aerial documentation workflow built specifically for high-consequence heritage environments. Navigating a structurally complex, tight indoor footprint demands absolute precision and seasoned flight experience. Using advanced stabilization and non-destructive capture configurations, we audited the asset at elevation and captured uniform, high-fidelity spatial data across the whole installation without ever making physical contact with the structure or the historical elements around it.
The Result
The finished visual ledger gave the restoration team total spatial clarity on the asset’s current condition. Replacing heavy physical staging with an agile aerial pipeline eliminated early-stage scaffolding overhead, reduced structural liability premiums, and preserved day-to-day operations. The master craftsmen could analyze structural condition remotely, which shortened the diagnostic timeline while a priceless historical asset stayed entirely protected.

Can you document a property or scene for insurance or legal use?
Yes. We produce dated, geotagged, high-resolution records of a site or scene that hold up as documentation for insurance claims, restoration scoping, and legal matters. When the record needs to be defensible, we capture and label it with that in mind.
Do you handle events and one-time shoots?
We do. Grand openings, tournaments, large gatherings, and other single-day events where you get one shot to get it right. We plan the flight, clear the airspace, and carry commercial insurance, which is exactly what you want backing a flight over a full venue.
